Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Our product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We offer delivery services across Pakistan, and typical delivery takes between 3 to 7 working days. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout.

We accept payments via Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and other local methods such as Easypaisa or JazzCash (if applicable). Full payment must be made either before or at the time of delivery. Please ensure your payment details are accurate when placing your order.

Our return and exchange policy allows for exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. However, due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear or undergarments. In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings or lighting. We also encourage all customers to carefully review the size chart provided before placing an order, as sizing issues due to incorrect selection are not covered under free exchanges.
